You're not short on good intentions. You're short on people.
The role stays open. The position's been posted for months. Qualified clinicians in your area are scarce, and the ones who exist are already taken.
The caseload doesn't wait. Students are owed services now, on a schedule that started without a provider in the building.
The accountability is yours. You're responsible for delivering what the plan promises, whether or not there's anyone local to deliver it.
Not sure where your district needs support first?
Answer a few short questions and we’ll point you in the right direction.
We bring in fully credentialed therapists, licensed in the state your student lives in, who slot into your existing schedule and deliver the services on the plan. Sessions stay HIPAA and FERPA compliant, run uninterrupted whether a student is home or in the building, and are scheduled so no one misses regular class to attend.
When you need something you can’t staff locally, bilingual support, AAC, a specialized discipline, we look beyond your region to find the right provider instead of leaving the line open.
You keep the relationships and the oversight. We make sure the IEP gets met.
Multidisciplinary related services. One team that already knows how schools work.
You’re not onboarding a vendor who has to learn how a school runs.
Every clinician here is fully credentialed and has worked inside real public schools,
so no one needs to be walked through what an IEP meeting (or an ARD, in Texas) actually involves.
Bilingual support is available across every discipline.

Nationally certified and state licensed clinicians serving schools across the country
SoundEd was built by someone who has sat in your building.
Amber Freeze is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (MS, CCC-SLP) who worked in public schools before founding SoundEd. She understands the strain clinician shortages place on students, teams, and school communities because she experienced those challenges firsthand.
She started SoundEd so districts could keep services running with credentialed clinicians who understand school systems from the inside, and so therapists could do that work without burning out.
When therapists are treated well, they stay, and your students get the same person year after year instead of a new face every term.
